Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Find quick answers to our most common questions.
How do I order BraveRX?
Ordering BraveRX is straightforward and secure. Complete the online medical questionnaire — it helps to have a list of any medications you're currently taking on hand. A licensed U.S. provider in our network reviews your information and determines whether BraveRX is the right solution for you. No existing prescription is needed. We verify your identity before your first order ships. No fluff. Just a smarter way to get results.
Do I need a prescription to use BraveRX?
Yes. After you complete your medical profile and digital consultation, a licensed U.S. provider in our network reviews your information and determines whether BraveRX is the right solution for you. If it is, a licensed U.S. physician writes your prescription, so you don't need to arrive with one.
Will a doctor contact me?
After you complete your health questionnaire and specify your preferred dose, a licensed provider will review your information within 24 hours. If additional details are needed, you'll be contacted directly via the Patient Portal or the email you provided at signup. Heads up: your order may be delayed until all necessary information is received and your prescription is authorized. Precision takes patience — but it's worth it.
How does the online doctor visit work?
BraveRX provides access to licensed U.S. healthcare providers through telehealth. After you complete the health questionnaire, a licensed provider reviews it — typically within 24 hours — and follows up through the Patient Portal or your signup email if more information is needed. There's no video call to schedule unless a provider asks for one. You can read the full terms in our Telehealth Consent.
What states is BraveRX available in?
BraveRX is available in all states except North Dakota.
Can I pay with insurance?
BraveRX is a compounded medication, and insurance coverage for such treatments varies. Many insurance plans do not cover compounded medications, as they are custom-made and may not be included in standard formularies. However, some insurers might provide coverage under specific conditions. It's advisable to consult your insurance provider to determine if your plan includes compounded medications like BraveRX. We don't bill insurance directly at checkout.
Do you have any discount or promo codes?
Yes — new customers can use code OFFER20 for $20 off their first order. It applies to your first shipment and can't be combined with other offers.
Can I take BraveRX even if I don't have ED?
Yes, most men may be suitable candidates for BraveRX, as some of its formulation and dosage are tailored for daily use. Even if you do not suffer from ED, BraveRX can enhance your sexual drive, endurance, and satisfaction. Additionally, certain BraveRX treatments boost blood flow, leading to better gym performance (enhanced muscle pumps and reduced muscle fatigue) and improved mental function (better attention, memory, and processing speed).
Does BraveRX have any adverse side effects?
Like any medication, BraveRX may have potential side effects. Common side effects can include headaches, flushing, nasal congestion, dizziness, and gastrointestinal issues. In some cases, users may experience drowsiness. It's important to consult with a healthcare professional to understand the full range of potential side effects and to determine if BraveRX is the right choice for you.
Is BraveRX safe to take with my other medications?
That depends on your specific situation, and it's a question for a licensed provider rather than for our support team. Our Safety Information page lists the contraindications and interactions for every active ingredient we use — nitrates in any form are an absolute contraindication. For anything about your own medications or health conditions, log in to your Patient Portal or contact us and we'll route your question to your care team. If you're experiencing symptoms like chest pain right now, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.
What is Apomorphine?
Apomorphine is a dopamine promoter that activates dopamine receptors in the brain, priming it for sexual arousal and facilitating erections. It's not an analgesic. Other uses include treatment for Parkinson's Disease.
How is BraveRX different from generic medications?
Most generic ED medications consist of a single pharmaceutical that primarily enhances blood flow, benefiting men who have difficulty achieving and maintaining an erection. In contrast, BraveRX combines three synergistic medications, not only improving blood flow more effectively than standard ED treatments but also acting on the central nervous system to boost sexual drive, endurance, and satisfaction. Unlike some ED medications that come in high doses meant for occasional use, BraveRX is designed for safe daily use, with effects that accumulate over time.
What are the benefits of daily use?
Experience the convenience of always being prepared for intimacy, anytime. No need to plan ahead — embrace the joy of spontaneity. With daily use, the benefits to sexual drive, gym performance, and mental function build up over time.
Is mixing ingredients safe?
Yes. This is a compounded medication, professionally prepared by U.S. pharmacists and prescribed by licensed U.S. physicians to ensure dosages are safe, effective, and appropriate for your medical history.
Will I be erect for 36 hours straight?
No, you're always in control. The medication doesn't cause an automatic erection; it simply supports one when you're aroused. The “36-hour window” just means your body is ready whenever you are.
How does BraveRX ensure the quality and safety of its medication?
BraveRX sets the bar high by partnering exclusively with licensed compounding pharmacies that uphold the most stringent standards in pharmaceutical preparation. Our pharmacy partners conduct regular audits and routine batch testing to ensure every formulation meets or exceeds rigorous quality benchmarks. Each medication is tested and certified to meet industry-standard accuracy and safety specifications. This uncompromising commitment means you can trust that your treatment is not only effective but also crafted with precision and care. No shortcuts — just results you can rely on.
What treatments does BraveRX offer?
Seven prescription treatments: Surge Max (as-needed sublingual, 3-in-1), Surge Daily Pro (daily sublingual, 3-in-1), Surge Daily Core (daily sublingual, 2-in-1), Prime Max Pro (as-needed capsule, 4-in-1), Prime Max Core (as-needed capsule, 2-in-1), Prime Daily Pro (daily capsule, 3-in-1), and Prime Daily Core (daily capsule, 2-in-1). A licensed U.S. physician determines which treatment and dose are right for you.
Why choose BraveRX over Rugiet or BlueChew?
Most competitors offer a single ingredient. We combine the fast onset of Viagra, the long-lasting effects of Cialis, and the arousal-enhancing properties of apomorphine all in one formula. Three therapies. One solution.
Is BraveRX expensive?
BraveRX replaces 3 separate prescriptions. Purchasing Sildenafil, Tadalafil, and Apomorphine individually at a pharmacy could exceed $550 per month. We combine them into one treatment to reduce your overall cost.
Where is my order?
Once your order is processed, it typically ships within 48 hours. For new members, a licensed provider reviews your health questionnaire within 24 hours first, so your first order takes a little longer than the ones after it. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it's created. If your order seems stuck, check your Patient Portal — a refill can be waiting on a follow-up intake form you haven't completed yet.
How do I receive tracking information for my shipment?
An email is sent to you once the tracking number is created. If you can't find it, check your spam folder and confirm which email address is on your account in the Patient Portal.
Can I cancel or change an order after placing it?
Sometimes — it depends on how far along it is, so contact us as quickly as you can. If the order hasn't been processed by the pharmacy yet, we can usually cancel or edit it outright. Once an order has been processed by the pharmacy, it cannot be changed, returned or refunded, but we can apply the cancellation to all future refills instead. For recurring refills, give us at least 72 hours before your scheduled processing date.
I moved — can you ship to a new address?
Yes. Update your address in your Patient Portal or contact us and we'll change it for you. Address changes need to be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled processing date to apply to that shipment. Ask us to update it on your account rather than on a single order, so every future refill follows you.
Tracking says delivered, but nothing arrived.
Start by looking for a plain, unbranded package — your order carries no BraveRX branding and a generic return address, so it's often set aside by someone in the household who didn't recognize it. Check with neighbors and around the mailbox area too. If it still hasn't turned up 48 hours after the delivery scan, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and sort out a reshipment.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Once your order is processed, BraveRX typically ships within 48 hours. For new members, a licensed provider will review your health questionnaire and dosage request within 24 hours. If additional information is needed, this may extend the timeline. Please note, if you're anticipating a Saturday delivery and the carrier is unable to fulfill it, your order will arrive on the next business day. Precision takes time, but excellence is always worth the wait.
Do you use discreet packaging?
Your privacy is paramount. BraveRX orders are shipped in standard, unbranded packaging, with no indication of the contents or our company name. The return address is generic, ensuring confidentiality. Rest assured, your order will arrive securely and discreetly.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Shipping is available within the USA only, and we're unable to accept orders with a delivery address outside the country.
What is the return and refund policy?
Once an order has been processed by the pharmacy, it cannot be changed, returned or refunded. If your order arrives damaged, contact us at customercare@braverx.com within 7 days of delivery — a photo helps — and we'll make it right with a replacement, credit, or refund. If you'd rather stop an upcoming refill, that's a cancellation rather than a refund: let us know at least 72 hours before your processing date. Our full policy is on the Returns & Refunds page.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry. Email customercare@braverx.com within 7 days of receiving the product — a photo of the damage sent with your first message is what resolves these fastest. We'll arrange a replacement, credit, or refund.
How do I update my payment information?
To update your payment details, log in to your Patient Portal. Once inside, select “Edit Profile” to access your account settings. You can review and update your payment information, as well as check your past orders and order status. For your security, never send card numbers by email or chat — the portal is the only place to enter them.
My payment was declined. What happened?
Usually your bank blocked the charge rather than anything being wrong with your account. Two things fix it: update your card in the Patient Portal under “Edit Profile,” and call your bank to authorize charges from BraveRX — banks often flag unfamiliar transactions the first time. Once either is done, reply to us and we'll retry the payment.
I see a pending charge but my order hasn't been approved yet.
That's an authorization, not a charge. When you check out, your card is authorized so we know the payment will go through — but it is only actually charged once a licensed physician approves your prescription. If your prescription isn't approved, the authorization is released and nothing is taken. Depending on your bank, a released authorization can take a few days to disappear from your statement.
Did I sign up for a subscription? Why was I charged again?
When a BraveRX prescription is approved, it comes with 11 physician-authorized refills. These ship automatically on the frequency you selected at checkout — monthly or quarterly — as shown on the checkout page. You're always in control: you can pause or cancel your refills at any time through your Patient Portal or by contacting us.
How many refills do I get, and how often do they ship?
Every current BraveRX treatment comes with 11 physician-authorized refills. They bill and ship automatically on your cycle date at the frequency you chose at checkout — monthly or quarterly — unless you pause or cancel. Monthly refills dispatch every 30 days and quarterly refills every 90 days. Your exact price depends on your prescription, so check your Patient Portal for the amount on your account.
If I choose quarterly, do I get three separate deliveries?
No — a quarterly plan arrives as a single shipment containing all three months of your treatment, billed once and shipped every 90 days. Monthly plans dispatch every 30 days. You can switch between the two at any time; just let us know at least 72 hours before your next processing date.
How do I cancel my subscription or prescription?
You can cancel or modify your upcoming refill at any time — through your Patient Portal, or by contacting us by email or phone. Please give us at least 72 hours before your scheduled processing date so the change applies before your next order. One thing to know first: if you cancel, any remaining refills authorized by your doctor are lost and can't be reactivated later — restarting requires a new online visit, which may involve a doctor fee. If your reason is cost or having too much on hand, ask us about pausing instead.
Can I pause my refills or change how often they ship?
Yes. You can pause, skip a cycle, or change your shipping frequency at any time — just let us know at least 72 hours before your next scheduled processing date. Monthly and quarterly are the options you can pick at checkout, but we can also set up something like every other month if that suits you better. We'll confirm your new next-refill date in writing.
I got an “Action Needed to Process Your Refill” email. What is it?
Some refills need a short follow-up intake form completed before the pharmacy can process them — it's how your provider confirms the treatment is still right for you. Log in to your Patient Portal and complete the form there, and your refill will move forward. Until it's done, that refill sits on hold.
What should I do if I can't log into my account?
If you're having trouble logging in: (1) Double-check that you're entering the correct email and password. (2) Reset your password by selecting “Forgot Password” and following the prompts — check your spam folder for the email. If that doesn't resolve the issue, clear your browser's cache or delete your browsing history, then try again. Finally, attempt to log in from a different browser or device. If you're still stuck, give us a call at 1 (833) 659-4576 or shoot us an email at customercare@braverx.com.
Is my information private?
Your medical information is kept private and secure. We adhere to strict confidentiality standards and employ advanced security measures to ensure your data is protected at all times. Our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what we collect, who it is shared with, and how long it is kept.
How do I request a copy of — or delete — my health information?
Email legal@braverx.com. You can request an electronic or paper copy of your record (we respond within 30 days), ask for corrections (within 60 days), restrict how your information is used, or ask for it to be deleted. Closing your account doesn't delete your data automatically, so send the request explicitly if that's what you want. California residents exercising CCPA rights will be asked to verify their identity first.
Who provides the medical care and dispenses the medication?
BraveRX is a technology platform, not a pharmacy or medical practice. Care is provided by licensed U.S. providers at independent medical groups we work with, prescriptions are written by licensed U.S. physicians, and they are filled by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies. Using the platform doesn't create a provider-patient relationship with BraveRX itself — it creates one with the licensed provider who reviews your intake. The Terms of Service set this out in full.
