Shipping Policy

Delivery timelines, discreet packaging, refill dispatch cycles, and how to change a shipping address.

This page collects the shipping terms that apply to every BraveRX order. They also appear in the Terms of Service, which is the governing document if the two ever differ.

Where we ship

Shipping is available within the USA only. BraveRX does not currently offer international shipping and reserves the right to decline orders with delivery addresses outside of the USA.

BraveRX treatments are available in all states except North Dakota.

Timelines

Stage Timing
Provider review (new members only) Within 24 hours of completing your questionnaire
Processing to dispatch Ships within 48 hours once your order is processed
Refill dispatch (monthly plans) Every 30 days
Refill dispatch (quarterly plans) Every 90 days
Tracking email Sent as soon as the tracking number is created

A few things that change those timelines:

  • New orders wait on provider review. A licensed provider reviews your health questionnaire and requested dose first. If they need more information, they will contact you through the Patient Portal or the email you signed up with, and your order waits until that is resolved.
  • Saturday deliveries. If you are expecting a Saturday delivery and the carrier is unable to fulfill it, your order will arrive on the next business day.
  • Estimates are estimates. BraveRX may provide estimated delivery timeframes, but these are subject to change. BraveRX bears no responsibility for delays caused by third-party carriers or other delivery services beyond its control.

Discreet packaging

Your privacy is paramount. BraveRX orders are shipped in standard, unbranded packaging, with no indication of the contents or our company name. The return address is generic.

This is worth knowing if a tracking number says “delivered” and you have not found the package: what you are looking for does not say BraveRX anywhere on it, and it is commonly set aside by a household member who did not recognize it.

Delivery address changes

Any alterations to your delivery address must be made at least seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled processing date. To prevent processing of your next order entirely, ensure your refills are paused at least seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled processing date.

You can update your address in the Patient Portal, or contact us and we will change it for you — ask us to update it on the account, not just on one order, so every future refill follows.

It is essential to double-check and accurately input your delivery address during checkout. BraveRX is not accountable for incorrect delivery addresses entered by the customer or by a third party acting on the customer’s behalf.

Once a package is with the carrier

Once your order is handed over to a third-party carrier, you assume responsibility for any delivery issues.

That is the legal position, and it is not how we handle these in practice: if tracking shows delivered and the package has not turned up 48 hours after the delivery scan, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and decide on a reshipment. Don’t wait much longer than that; the carrier’s own claim windows are short.

Damaged shipments

Inspect your order on delivery. If anything arrived damaged, email customercare@braverx.com within 7 days of receiving the product, ideally with a photo. See Returns & Refunds for what happens next.
